Child participation concept was incorporated into CFS policy-dimension 5. The Children’s Council statute & guideline on how to make CC function in schools were adopted & officially applied in schools throughout the country

Enrolment rate increased (by 6% in school year 2012-2013

Dropout rate in school year 2011-2012 decreased (4.80%)
